1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) order the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
B. From 7,946,670 won and May 10, 2018
Reasons
In full view of the overall purport of the pleadings in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6 (including paper numbers), the facts of the reasons for the claim are recognized.
According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to issue an order to the plaintiff as stated in the attached list and pay the amount equivalent to the rent calculated by the ratio of KRW 800,00 per month from May 10, 2018 to the date of the order for the rent in arrears and the management fee in arrears.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
