However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Any person who violates the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall, when he/she takes over a registered motor vehicle, file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, in around 2011, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds, even though the Defendant acquired D's D'TG car in the name of C from the Buddhist place in Seoul Buddhist District without justifiable grounds.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act, commits unlawful use of air, commits unlawful use of air, or commits unlawful use of air, or commits a violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall use an automobile registration number plate unlawfully, and shall operate an automobile on the road where the mandatory insurance of the automobile is not subscribed

Nevertheless, on May 17, 2014, the Defendant, at the front parking lot of the “F” office located in the “F” office located in the Hacheon-si, Chungcheongnamcheon-si, the Defendant: (a) installed the number plate on the passenger vehicle in the franchise-type, as described in paragraph (1); (b) operated the vehicle in front of the Youngjin Industrial Complex located in the Cheongcheon-dong, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (c) operated the automobile in front of the Youngjin Industrial Complex located in the same Simdong on June 10, 2014; and (d) operated the vehicle on the road that was not covered by mandatory insurance.
