Purport of claim and appeal
The first instance court.
1. The reasons why the court should explain this case are the same as the reasons stated in the judgment of the court of first instance, except in the following cases, and thus, this case shall be quoted by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Two pages 12, three pages 14 and 18 of the judgment of the first instance court shall be referred to as "F of the first instance court".
The Court of First Instance 2, 12-13 "This Court" is referred to as "the court of first instance".
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
