1. The land listed in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Schedule shall be put to an auction and the proceeds thereof shall be deducted from the auction cost.

Reasons

1. Co-owned property partition claim on the ground of failure to reach agreement on the partition method of each land stated in the separate sheet indicating the claim;

2. Applicable provisions;

(a) Defendant D, G, or H: Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (a)

(b) Defendant C, E, and F: Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) (a) of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment made by deeming that the case is one’s own)
