1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,981,584 as well as KRW 22,278,323 among them, from October 24, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That the statutory interest rate from the date following the delivery of a duplicate of the application for the instant payment order pursuant to Article 2 (2) of the Addenda of the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015) and Article 3 (1) of the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Legal Proceedings
