1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff the real estate indicated in the attached list, and from December 30, 2014 to the delivery date of the said building.

Reasons

1. On December 22, 2014, the Plaintiff purchased real estate listed in the separate sheet, and succeeded to the lease contract between the Defendant and Nonparty C (20 million won, monthly rent of KRW 1,900,000). The lease contract with the Defendant expired on December 30, 2014, and the Defendant terminated the said lease contract on the ground that the lease contract with the Defendant was not paid rent from January 2015.
