1. The Defendant’s KRW 96,107,661 and KRW 17,652,867 among them shall be from June 25, 2010 to September 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. As the provisions of the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings are promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, damages for delay shall be recognized only as calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
