Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

On November 28, 2017, the Defendant driven a DM car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.103% during blood in the section of the Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Blunk-dong, Blunk-gu, and around three meters.
