1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each amount stated in the column for the unpaid wages by each plaintiff of the list of the total sum of attached Table 4 and each of the above amounts.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a corporation that operates passenger transport service, etc., and the plaintiffs are drivers of cross-city buses employed by the defendant, who provide their labor to the defendant.

B. The Korean Automobile Workers’ Union, which belongs to the Plaintiffs, concluded a collective agreement with the Defendant, which includes the following, and entered into an annual wage agreement:

【Collective Agreement】 Chapter 4 Terms and Conditions of Employment Article 27 (Working Hours and Working Hours)

1. Number of working days: 20 days for intercity buses and 17 days for urban buses;

2. Working hours: Work hours shall be based on the average of 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week excluding the break time, but overtime work shall be recognized according to the course of a company's dispatch in consideration of the characteristics of passenger transportation services;

1) The working hours of the service on board shall be the working hours for the vehicle operation hours according to the dispatch course. 2) When waiting to work for the purpose of serving on board, basic pay shall be paid.

1. Holidays: Holidays and Saturdays may be replaced by the holidays in consideration of the characteristics of transport service, and the basic salary for four days shall be paid to the full-time workers;

2.
