1. At around 09:30 on December 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the office of the fifth floor in the office of the KBS branch located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property on four occasions from around that time to February 11, 2014, the victim’s identification card and the victim’s identification card in the household of the victim AB, and the victim’s identification card in the new bank. (b) At the same time, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property on four occasions, as indicated in the daily list of crimes.

On December 15, 2013, around 19:32, 2013, the Defendant offered the said credit card to an employee of the said Nopanish store, as if the Defendant had no legitimate right to use the 7th floor Spanish store in the market value of KRW 296,00,00 in a lot store located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and the Defendant purchased the 7th floor Spanish store, and used the stolen credit card by deceiving the 916,000 won through 13 times, as indicated in the list of crimes, even though there was no legitimate right to use it.
