1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. The plaintiff alleged that on August 31, 2007, the plaintiff lent KRW 52,00,000 to the defendant as of September 30, 2007. However, it is not sufficient to acknowledge the plaintiff's allegation merely by the statement of No. 1 and the result of this court's order to submit financial transaction information to the Chang Changng Agricultural Co., Ltd., and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.
2. The plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
