A. Defendant B shall pay KRW 400,000,000 as well as 12% per annum from September 19, 2017 to the date of full payment.

A. 1) The Plaintiff is a company with the objective of Internet education service business, operation of a private teaching institute, franchise business, etc. 2) Defendant C and Defendant D are companies aimed at providing each Internet education service business (hereinafter “stock company” in the name of the company”), and Defendant C and D are omitted, and they are jointly expressed by Defendant C and D (hereinafter “Defendant companies”).
