1. The defendant shall pay 24,600,000 won to the plaintiff.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

3.Paragraph 1.

Reasons

1. The Defendant, which indicated the claim, borrowed KRW 4,500,000 from the Plaintiff on January 5, 2015. From February 20, 2015 to June 11, 2015, the Defendant merely repaid KRW 4,500,000, which is a part of the above loan, and did not repay the remainder of the loan.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the remainder of 24,600,000 won (29,100,000 won - 4,500,000 won) to the Plaintiff.
