The judgment below

In light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited by the court below, the court below was justified in finding the defendant guilty of the facts charged in this case on the grounds stated in its holding

In so doing, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending relevant legal principles, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
