1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 94,00,000 as well as 30% per annum from April 15, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

In addition to the purport of the entire pleadings, the Plaintiff agreed to lend KRW 100,000,000 to the Defendant on December 27, 2012 at the rate of 5% interest rate per annum and January 31, 2013, on the following grounds: (a) the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to lend the document at the rate of 10,000,000 interest rate per annum and January 31, 2013.
According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 94,000,000 won, which the plaintiff had been paid 6,000,000 won out of the above borrowed money, and to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 30% per annum from April 15, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the payment order sought by the plaintiff.
2. Therefore, we accept the Plaintiff’s claim.
