Judgment with no applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Act (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act, and delay damages shall be subject to the statutory interest rate of Article 3 (1) of the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, as the provisions concerning the statutory interest rate are amended to 15% per annum
