1. The Plaintiff and the Defendant confirm that the Plaintiff is a full-time member of D in both countries C.

The defendant is a company running D (before modification: G; hereinafter referred to as the "instant golf course") in both weeks, and the plaintiff is the former spouse of H in the defendant's registry.
B. At present, the Plaintiff is a regular member of the instant golf course, and the Defendant holds the G regular member card (No. 603) issued by the Defendant on November 10, 1979. At that time, the Defendant’s representative director is H, and the Plaintiff stated the membership card as “proof that he is a regular member of the G regular member.”
C. Of the rules of the instant golf course (amended by the Rules of September 13, 2010), matters pertaining to the instant case are as follows:
Article 4 (Members) The members of this consortium shall be:

8. Other members as provided in Article 5 (Regular Members) shall pay a prescribed membership fee and transfer fee with the recommendation of two members for whom 30 years of age or more have passed 5 years of age, and shall obtain approval from the company concerned from the company approved by the board of directors.
Article 11 (Period of Membership)
1. The qualification for regular members shall be a kind of life;

2. The qualification for regular members may be transferred through a prescribed procedure after paying a prescribed attendance fee; and
Article 17-1 (Restriction on Transfer, Acquisition, etc. of Membership Rights)
1. In the event of an order to prohibit the transfer and acquisition of membership rights, and when it is determined that the speculation of membership rights is anticipated or unfair trade, etc. impedes the sound development of the golf course.
