With respect to this case, this Court will takehh from the fifth reduction of the judgment sentenced on April 12, 2016.

Reasons

Among the judgments rendered on April 12, 2016, the part concerning the registration of personal information in this case is written by mistake (the part concerning the registration of personal information) from the third fifth to the thirdhhh (the part concerning the registration of personal information). Thus, the crime of violating the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media) by the Constitutional Court's decision of unconstitutionality on March 31, 2016 was excluded from those subject to the registration of personal information) is determined as above.
