1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and annual interest thereon from May 3, 2016 to May 9, 2017 to the Plaintiff.
1. From May 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a goods supply contract with the Defendant orally and supplied goods to the Defendant.
From July 31, 2014, the Defendant delayed the payment of the goods, and the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to pay KRW 102,946,930 for the unpaid goods on July 23, 2015, five times from August 20, 2015 to December 20 of the same year.
However, the defendant paid only part of the agreed price until May 2, 2016.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the balance of the goods unpaid to the plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and damages for delay after the final payment date.
