The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

1. On May 15, 2017, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”), taken a shape of a sexual relationship with the Defendant, by setting up a gamer PC on the top of the line, at the Momers room located in the front city of Gyeonggi-do, and taking the shape of a sexual relationship with the Defendant in which the victim B (the age of 42) was in physical condition.

2. Violence;

A. 나. 피고인은 2018. 10. 28. 22:00경 위 제1항 기재 장소에서 피해자에게 단감을 깎아 주면서 먹으라고 하였으나 이에 피해자가 배가 부르다는 이유로 먹기를 거부하자 화가 나 젓가락이 꽂혀 있는 단감을 피해자의 얼굴 부위를 향해 던지고, 주먹으로 발 부위를 때리고, “눈깔을 파버리겠다”라는 말을 하며 양손가락으로 눈 부위를 파는 시늉을 하는 등 피해자를 폭행하였다.
