For the reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted the Defendants on the charge of this case on the ground that there was no proof of crime.

The judgment below

In light of the records, we affirm the above judgment of the court below. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, we do not err by violating the law of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
