1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 20,098,219 won and a rate of 20% per annum from March 4, 2005 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On April 6, 2005, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for the payment of construction cost as Busan District Court Decision 2005Ga6002, and sentenced that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 20,098,219 won and the amount equivalent to 20% per annum from March 4, 2005 to the date of full payment.” This judgment becomes final and conclusive around that time, and the claim in this case is filed for the interruption of extinctive prescription.
