1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On February 19, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) boarded a route bus (hereinafter “instant bus”) operated by Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”); and (b) around 12:56 the same day, the instant bus stopped at the bus stop at the lower bus stops.

B. The bus stops in the lower bus stops in the direction of the relay station, which is located in the direction of the air hill station 6: subway line 7: subway line 7: subway lines in the direction of the air hill station. On the other hand, immediately before the bus stops, immediately before the bus stops are installed an elevator which is immediately unloaded by the subway entrance (hereinafter “elevators”); the bus stops were set up as a white solid line until the area where the elevator is installed; and a pents was installed near the entrance, which separates the roadway from the delivery.

C. At the time of the plaintiff's unloading, the bus of this case was behind the front vehicle stopping at the bus stop, followed by a distance of about 60cc from the elevator part side of the bus stop area, and stopped at the seat of the yellow point line, which is located behind the bus stop, and three passengers getting off through the rear door, and the first three passengers getting out of the bus, who moved to the front of the bus by using the space between the bus and the elevator, and the five passengers getting out of the bus after the bus was moved to the rear after the bus was moved to the bus using the space between the bus and the elevator pent, and the bus came to the delivery after all of the passengers getting out of the bus.

The plaintiff is one of five persons who moved to the rear side of the bus and take over the delivery route. According to CCTV images installed on the bus, the plaintiff (White Corpock Wearing) was about the direction of the bus first when the bus was first lowered from the fourth bus at the time, and immediately was about to go toward the rear side of the bus.
