1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,095,563 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 18, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On September 3, 2003, the Defendant: (a) borrowed KRW 30,00,000 from the Plaintiff at an annual interest rate of KRW 4.9%; (b) 15% per annum; (c) due date of payment on September 3, 2005; and (d) did not fully repay the principal or interest on the said loan; and (b) as at August 25, 2015, the Plaintiff owned the claim for the loan amounting to KRW 31,095,563 against the Defendant.
