1. Defendant Korea Railroad Corporation and Defendant Samsung Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. jointly share KRW 118,264,752 to the Plaintiff.
1. Basic facts
A. At the time of the accident, the pertinent Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Daelim University B, which was operated by the Daelim Institute of Education (hereinafter referred to as the “Tlim Institute”), and with the Daelim Institute of Education (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Holim Fire”), which entered into an insurance contract to compensate for the damages caused by an accident related to the operation of a school, student instruction, etc., and the Defendant Korea Railroad Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Corporation”) which entered into an insurance contract with the Daelim Institute of Education to compensate for the damages caused by an accident related to the operation of a school, student instruction, etc., as a corporation carrying out affairs concerning railroad freight transport business, etc. under the Korea Railroad Corporation Act, which is a manager of the Gyeong River Station, Defendant Samsung Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Samsung Fire”) and the Defendant Corporation.
