Defendant

A and Defendant B are currently pending a divorce lawsuit due to a married couple who reported marriage on November 9, 2008.

1. Defendant A: (a) around 13:20 on January 18, 2015, on the grounds that the victim B brought his mobile phone in the latter part of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Eunpyeong-gu 111 Embrop in front of the latter part of Embrop, Defendant A opened the victim’s occupied machine, opened the victim’s face, taken the part of the victim’s face by drinking, and was able to take the face of the victim’s face and the part of the knb.

At around 13:35 on the same day, the Defendant continuously conducted physical fighting, such as the victim being pushed off with each other, in order to cut off the Handphone from the main machine within 8th elevator of the third floor underground of the same day, and caused approximately 10 days of treatment to the victim.

2. On January 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 13:20, at the back of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Eunpyeong-ro 111 Emart Emp, and around 13:35, at around 13:35 of the same day, the Defendant carried out a string of the transferee and the string part of the double-way wall, which requires approximately 10-day medical treatment for the victim, with the victim’s body being pushed in his/her hand within 8th elevator of the 3rd underground floor of Empt Empt Emp.
