On December 16, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the Jeju District Court for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.). The judgment becomes final and conclusive on December 24, 2014, and is currently under the suspended sentence.

1. Around January 19, 2015, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act, such as theft, unlawful use of air, and the Defendant removed the registration number plate of the victim E-owned freight truck, which was set up in the vicinity of the said stock farm from the D farm located in Jeju, by hand, at around January 19, 2015, and attached the front number plate as if the registration number plate was legally issued at the front gallon of the Defendant’s G gallon that was kept in custody for the purpose of exercising his/her authority, without any authority.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the registration number plate of the automobile owned by E, and illegally used the automobile registration number plate of the air.

2. On January 21, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation without obtaining a driver’s license for illegal-use air-defense events, violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and the Act on the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation (hereinafter “Act”), attached a registration license plate of a motor vehicle unlawfully used to the extent of 6 km from the roads near the aforementioned D farm to the roads near the Jeju 40-ro, Hannam-ro to the roads near the 40km, and operated the motor vehicle to the above gallon that was not subscribed
