The first instance court.
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance for the acceptance of the judgment is identical to the ground of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for adding “(the same shall apply even if the plaintiff added each description of evidence Nos. 8 and 9 submitted by the court of first instance)” to “a lack of recognition” of the 3rd part of the judgment of the court of first instance (Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. The judgment of the first instance court is justifiable, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
