All appeals filed by the prosecutor against the Defendants are dismissed.
A. Around June 3, 2011, at the above apartment management office, there were 20 or more members, including Dong representatives and apartment residents, who were at a temporary Dong representatives meeting related to the election of Dong representatives, thereby impairing the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.
C) On June 28, 2011, the Defendant, while attending a regular meeting at the above apartment management office, posted the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts. (2) On October 15, 2011, the Defendant posted a notice on the bulletin board of the above F apartment site “I” in the title “C. 3. 24: U.S. 5 million won; (5 million won, and one million won, and one million won, and one hundred thousand won, were involved in the above apartment management office; and (3) on May 28, 201, the Defendant rejected the Defendant’s reputation by openly dividing the fact into the victim’s reputation by the 200,000 won, stating that the Defendant was “I” on the bulletin board of the said F apartment site, and then, it cannot be said that the Defendant was 100,000 won or more of the victim’s reputation at the time of 20,000 won or more (one million won, without the recording of the complaint).”
