1. As to the Plaintiff’s KRW 35,00,000 and KRW 15,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,00,000,00.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on December 19, 2013, lent 35 million won as interest-free interest to the Defendant, and agreed to pay 15 million won among them on February 5, 2014, and 20 million won on March 5, 2014. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff for the amount of KRW 35 million as loans and KRW 15 million among them, from February 6, 2014, and from March 6, 2014, from March 22, 2015 to January 22, 2015, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint, each of which is 5% per annum as prescribed by the Civil Act, and the damages for delay calculated by 20% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Facilitation, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from the next day to the day of complete payment.
