1. The defendant shall pay 250,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 3, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On November 20, 2018, the Plaintiff filed a claim for the return of the lease deposit on the ground that the Plaintiff leased part of the underground floor of the C building from the Defendant for the period from November 20, 2018 to November 24, 2018, on the ground that the lease deposit was terminated by the first agreement on November 2019 and delivered the leased object.
