1. The defendant shall pay 150,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from December 25, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claim on November 22, 2004, based on a written confirmation of repayment from around 2003 to November 2004, and the Plaintiff’s loaning KRW 150,000 to the Defendant from around 2003 to November 2004, and damages for delay thereof.
