If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
On October 12, 2014, at around 23:55, the Defendant driven a B car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.156%, while driving the B car in the state of alcohol leveling around approximately 1 km from the Hancheon-gu Won-gu, Busan to the roads in front of the DongwonIC.
