1. The defendant shall pay 73,951,700 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from July 26, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. There is no dispute between the parties that the Plaintiff did not receive the total amount of KRW 73,951,700 by supplying the Defendant with living miscellaneous, fashion, and kitchen supplies until December 31, 2017.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 73,951,700 won for the above goods and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum as claimed by the plaintiff from July 26, 2018 to the date of full payment.
2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
