Reasons

1. Violation of vehicle operation restriction which is an employee of the defendant specified in the facts charged. 2. Since the punishment law applied to a summary order subject to review has retroactively lost its effect according to the Constitutional Court's decision of unconstitutionality, the defendant shall be acquitted under the former part of Article 325 of the Criminal Procedure
