1. Defendant AU Co., Ltd. shall pay to the Plaintiffs each money indicated in the “personal amount” column of the attached sheet of calculation.
1. Basic facts
A. The C&P development company (hereinafter “C&P development”) constructed a building of the fourth underground floor and the tenth floor above the ground (hereinafter “instant building”) under the name of the CY (the title, as well as the above, appears to have been used for the name of “AY”) in e.g., the registration of the preservation of the ownership of each sectional ownership in the separate sheet of calculation of the instant building on August 2, 2007 (hereinafter “instant co-owned real estate”).
B. Defendant AU (former trade name: AV; hereinafter collectively referred to as “Defendant Company”) purchased the instant key real estate from C&P development, etc. around July 15, 201 and completed the registration of the transfer of ownership on August 11, 201.
C. On the other hand, on July 13, 201, 201, c&n oil development and 2 others reported on July 13, 201 to change the purpose of the instant building from “Class 1 and Class 2 neighborhood living facilities” to “multi-family housing/multi-family housing”; on August 30, 201, the building owner’s name was changed to the Defendant company on August 30, 201 from c&n oil development and 2 others.
On March 7, 2012, a building of this case was integrated with 401 square meters (387.13 square meters); 501 through 504 square meters (387.13 square meters); 601 through 604 square meters; 701 through 704 square meters (387.13 square meters); 701 through 904 square meters (386.11 square meters); 901 through 904 square meters (238.77 square meters); and on the same day, the said 401 square meters (401 through 422 square meters); 501 through 523; 601 through 523 square meters; 601 through 604 square meters; and 701 through 704 square meters of multi-unit residential facilities (i.e., multi-unit residential facilities); and (ii) all of the above 401 square meters of multi-unit residential facilities (i.e., multi-unit residential facilities) were converteded with the above 601 through 231 through 701/7.
E. The Defendant Company is an occupant of the instant building on August 2, 201 through September 201.
