The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. At around 7:50 on March 27, 2015, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim at a large interest of the following: (a) on the grounds that the husband of the victim did not repay the money to the victim, on the ground that the husband of the victim did not repay the money to the victim, from the E 1st class car in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, the Nam-gu, Gwangju, the Defendant took care of the victim’s public interest.
2. Determination
(a) An offense subject to prosecution upon complaint: Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act;
B. Revocation of complaint on September 1, 2015, the victim was indicted
(c) Public prosecution dismissal: Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
