A. When the Plaintiff entered into a credit guarantee agreement with Defendant A with the content as listed below, the Plaintiff agreed to pay the amount subrogated to the Plaintiff and the amount of damages in accordance with the interest rate determined by the Plaintiff from the date of the subrogation to the date of full payment, in the event that the Plaintiff did not pay the amount borrowed from the financial institution based on the above credit guarantee agreement, and Defendant B jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant A’s obligation under the above credit guarantee agreement. The main content of each credit guarantee agreement is as listed below.
