【Criminal Facts】

1. Around February 8, 2012, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that he/she sold NAE to the “DPC bank” located in B, and then sent to the victim F, who visited the victim F, a toy if he/she sent KRW 90,00 to the victim F.

However, the defendant did not have the ability to send toyss even if he received money from the victim.

Around February 9, 2012, the Defendant received 90,000 won from the victim to the post office account (Account Number: H) in the G name and acquired it by fraud.

2. Around February 16, 2012, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that he/she sold to the NAV Ek page by accessing NAV E. In order to send to the victim I who contacted with the Defendant, who sent KRW 3.60,00 to the victim I.

However, the defendant did not have the ability to send toyss even if he received money from the victim.

The defendant received 360,000 won from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number: M) in the name of the defendant on the same day.
