2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

A. On March 10, 2006, the Plaintiff was appointed as a policeman on June 30, 201, and was promoted to the police officer on June 30, 2010. From November 11, 2013 to June 11, 2014, and from October 13, 2014 to November 27, 2014, the Plaintiff served in the B police station C police box thereafter.

B. On June 10, 2014, the Second Disciplinary Committee of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency decided to dismiss the Plaintiff on the ground that the following grounds for disciplinary action (hereinafter “instant misconduct”) occurred. On June 11, 2014, the Defendant dismissed the Plaintiff pursuant to Article 78(1)1 and 3 of the State Public Officials Act on the ground that the Plaintiff’s above act was in violation of Article 63 (Duty to Maintain Dignity) of the State Public Officials Act.

G과 결혼하였으면 더 이상 만나거나 연락하지 말아야 함에도 불구하고, 2014. 3. 12. 남편이 없는 신혼집으로 E를 불러들여 1시간 30분간 함께 있고, 같은 해
