The reasoning of the court’s explanation concerning this case is as follows: (a) the court’s explanation of this case is the same as the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except where “this court” as “the first instance court’s first instance court”; and (b) “ September 14, 2016,” “ September 17, 2016,” respectively, as “ September 17, 2016,” under the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. As such, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining claims shall be dismissed as it is without merit. Since the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
