On December 8, 2017, the Defendant, B, and J submitted a medical certificate to M& who is an employee in charge of the victimized company and filed a claim for the payment of insurance proceeds, despite the fact that the Defendant and J did not board the said car at the time of the said accident, even though they did not board the car at the time of the said accident, the Defendant and J did not appear to have been injured by the Defendant and J on the back of the said car at the time of the accident.

The Defendant and B and J, as seen above, had the victimized Company taken up insurance premiums of 2,457,990 won in total under the pretext of mutual agreement and treatment fees with the Defendant and J against the victimized Company.

In this respect, the defendant, B, and J conspireded to claim insurance money by deceiving the insurer on the occurrence, cause, or content of the insurance accident.
