2. Grounds: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);

The Plaintiff partially dismissed part of the term: (a) sought payment of damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the instant complaint to the day of complete payment; (b) as the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, the Plaintiff recognized the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from November 13, 2019 to the day of complete payment, and the exceeding part is dismissed.
