A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Punishment of the crime
On February 20, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor or two years of suspended execution, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on February 28, 2018, and the same year.
4. 11. A person who was sentenced to six months of imprisonment or two years of suspended execution for the same crime at the Busan District Court, and whose judgment became final and conclusive on the 19th day of the same month and is still under suspended execution.
1. From June 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) from around 13:30 on June 24, 2018, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the Victim B’s business operation of the Victim B (Y, 46 years old); (c) around 2 hours in Busan-gu C, Busan-gu, hereinafter “D”) the victim, while drinking, expressed the victim’s desire that “I am different from tobacco;” and (d) called “I am, I am.” by phone to the Busan-gu Office; and (e) interfere with the victim’s business operation by force, such as force, by five customers who were in the carpet by taking the victim’s bath while going through the Defendant’s death, return to the Plaintiff.

Around 22:50 on June 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the business of the Victim F; and (b) obstructed the Victim F by assaulting the Victim F with sound in the said place for about 10 minutes, and obstructed the Victim F’s convenience store business by avoiding disturbance, on the ground that the Victim F’s disregarding from the Victim F would be bad; (c) assaulting the Victim F by taking his hand on the ground that the Victim F would be bad; and (d) upon receiving a report from the employees of the said convenience store, the Defendant obstructed the Victim F with sound in the said place for about 10 minutes until the police officer called.
