1. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the records, the lower court’s rejection of the Defendant and the person requesting an attachment order (hereinafter “Defendant”)’s mental and physical assertion based on its stated reasoning, is justifiable, and there is no error of incomplete deliberation as to the mental and physical disorder.

2. If the defendant files a final appeal against a case involving an attachment order, the appeal shall be deemed to have been filed regarding the case of the request for attachment order.

However, there is no entry of reasons in the petition of appeal and there is no entry of reasons for objection in the appellate brief.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
