When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

1. On December 29, 2019, from around 21:30 to 22:00, the Defendant: (a) had the victim B, a business owner, and the customers under the influence of alcohol, who were in his/her place of business, expressed their desire without any particular reason; (b) had the victim B, who was in his/her place of business, and the customers with no name, who were in his/her place of business; (c) had the sound brud; and (d) had the customers, who had been in his/her singing, 30 minutes of the disturbance, i.e., having had the customers brud with the noise, and had them go through the singing.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's singing business by force.

2. On December 29, 2019, the Defendant committed assault against the victim two times by drinking the face of the victim B (Nam, 47 years old) who was sent to police officers after receiving a report of 112 on the street on the side of the singing room as stated in paragraph (1) on December 29, 2019.

3. On December 29, 2019, at around 21:55 on December 29, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the above D’s arms by drinking them on two occasions, while making a statement of the instant case to the slope D belonging to the Busan Western Police Station C District, which was dispatched after receiving a report of 112 at the singing room as indicated in paragraph (1). On the same day, at around 22:00, the Defendant was demanded to file a petition from the slope E belonging to the same district unit on the street after singing and to make a statement of the instant case. On the same day, the Defendant assaulted, by hand, the Defendant draw up the said E’s uniform by cutting off the said E’s uniform, and by walking the said E’s buckbucks once.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on the prevention, suppression, and investigation of crimes.

4. On December 29, 2019, the Defendant was arrested and detained as a flagrant offender for the suspicion of obstruction of performance of official duties, such as obstruction of performance of official duties, at the Sinsan-gu Police Station and at the Criminal Party Team Office located in Gosi-si and Gosi-si on December 22:30, 2019.
