1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 26, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On June 20, 2015, the Plaintiff leased KRW 20,000,000 to the Defendant on June 30, 2015, KRW 3,000,000 on June 30, 2015, KRW 20,000 on August 8, 2015, and KRW 10,000,00 on August 9, 2015, and the period of repayment was determined as October 31, 2015.
