1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 41,30,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 26, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

If the purport of the entire pleadings is added to each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the plaintiff is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the remainder of the goods price of KRW 49,30,000,000,000,000 from February 10, 2017 to May 30, 2017, for the supply of goods equivalent to the sum of KRW 49,30,000,000,000,000,000,000 won from the price of the goods.
