1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in the operation of Grandroth Cargo Vehicles.

On December 24, 2014, the Defendant driving the above vehicle at around 10:50 on December 24, 2014, and proceeding from the front of the Incheon Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, to the Incheon Tae Park.

They turn to the right at the intersection.

At all times, a person engaged in driving through an intersection where traffic is not controlled has a duty of care to yield the course for the vehicle when there is another vehicle running through the intersection.

Nevertheless, due to the negligence of neglecting to turn left at the right at the front of the vehicle, the victim C(51 years of age, n, n) driven by the victim C(51 years of age, n) driving on the right-hand side of the vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant, by negligence in the above business, sustained injury to the Dogs, etc., requiring one week medical treatment to C, and injury to the victim E (the 49 years of age, women) who was a passenger, in need of two-day medical treatment, such as Dogles’ salt, tension, etc.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, like paragraph (1), destroyed the fences, etc. of damaged vehicles to take up approximately KRW 1,100,000 for repairing costs due to an accident.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a Grandroth driver and is a holder.

Any person who operates an automobile shall buy the mandatory insurance determined by the State.

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the above automobile without mandatory insurance on December 24, 2014.
