The judgment by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) provides for the statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc. shall be recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of complete payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
